Typically, the most daunting part of any home improvement or swimming pool installation is the permitting process, especially if your project is located on the Outer Banks or Corolla.
For more than 20 years, Southern Scapes Pool & Landscape Design has worked with the permitting offices in Dare, Currituck, Pasquotank, Camden, Chowan, Hyde and Perquimans Counties. We have decades of experience working with all of the townships on the Outer Banks including Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head and Manteo. What does this mean for you? We have the experience and knowledge to tackle even the most complicated swimming pool or construction project.
Part of the permitting process requires our client’s to provide us with a survey. Some other pool installers will try to rope you in to their company by “requiring” a current survey prior to obtaining your permits. While it is true that sometimes a new survey might be needed, we are happy to help you locate your survey FOR FREE! If a current survey is required, we will refer you to one of the many surveyors we have worked with over the years. Helping you acquire a survey is in no way a binding action for our potential swimming pool or landscaping clients. Furthermore, we input this information into our CAD system to provide both our clients and permitting offices a detailed plan for your project.
